  • How flexible are your menu options?
    The online menu is an example, a collection of our most popular dishes. If there is something else you would prefer, we would be happy to accommodate your request.
  • I have food allergies, are there safe menu options available for me?"
    All of our food is made from scratch, giving us the ability to customize your meal to suit your specific needs.
  • How far do you travel?
    We travel and serve the U.S and abroad.
  • Does Chef offer cooking lessons?
    Yes, we're so excited to start offering lessons in your very home in person or on video chat. We have the Interactive Cooking Eggcperience, and we offer a mentorship program as well. Submit an inquiry for more information.
  • How do I purchase services?
    For dinners and other services, Chef takes the time to talk with each partner to make sure all your questions are answered and your needs are understood to give you the proper eggcperience. Once your culinary solution is found, we will email an invoice while on the phone, so no need to wait days or hours. You can submit an inquiry right through our website "Book Chef"
  • Are your prices all inclusive?
    Prices do change according to where the job is because we service in multiple areas. Not only because we travel to you but because many people ask for different additives on their menu. However, if you're in the Florida state, our prices include the cost of groceries. Out of state partners, food cost must be reimbursed.
  • Can you deliver meals instead of coming to my home?
    We do not offer drop-off service for services outside of meal prep. We believe, our presentation is one of the things that separates us from the norm.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please note that your 25% deposit is utilized to book (retain) and hold your calendar date so that no one else books your time slot. When you make that retainer, you agree to all terms as per our contract. However, if you must cancel, we ask for a 14 day notice before your scheduled cooking visit. Any cancellations within that timeframe will incur a fee of $50 plus the cost of groceries within the 14 days. Also, your retainer is held up to two months of event date for rebooking. If your desire is outside of the 2 month period, another retainer is needed equal to first retainer to solidify calendar date. You can also, gift your retainer to another party or forfeit it after the two months.
